Hello, i´m making this thread because i have problems exporting dds files.

i use gimp to create the textures and then export them with a plugin. when is exported i can see it like a dds file, i can open it again, but when i want to use it in game the texture is missing:

the game detects the textures because i dont get any message teling me that is missing, maybe i´m doing something wrong? when i export the dds files i get some options, should i acivate those or change something?

    should i use other program?

PROBLEM: the texture resolution was wrong

SOLUTION: i just changed the texture resolution to 1024x1024 or 2048x2048

Are you sure there aren't any typos in Materials.cs?

I've had the same problem. GIMP .dds export isn't working. This happens with terrain and skybox textures. I am going to uninstall the plugin, re-download, re-install.
GIMP 2.9 is another option I will try.

Are you sure you have set it to map to the mesh you want?
Could be helpful to post the CS file.

Have you renamed the material name in blender?
It could have put the .001 on the end without you noticing.
