Problem sound

This bug is pissing me off so bad that i can't get rid of it here's some pictures you might see, i can't record cuz its late now,

Please help me, i downloaded the sound mod for about a mouths ago, i couldn't get rid of it i cleared my game i redownloaded it again and it's still there!.

 

Please, Reinstall the game, Delete all beamNG files in the documents folder. Be sure that when you go to reinstall BeamNG. It's like you've never played it. So, Please get back when you have reinstalled the game and deleted Cache and the Mods folder.
