Pre-Race updater stuck at 3%

Every time i try to download the update it sits at 3%. I let it sit overnight and it never moved. I have tried about 5 times (I know you guys are getting bombed with questions like this)

 

Well updater get stuck about 40% and "sucks big time"

Hahaha i thought of that as soon as you posted that. I turned off my anti virus and it zipped right through.
