Pre Race Update Spawn car/ new car bug

    When I go onto the testing map, the original not the blank one, and i go into the menu and select "Spawn Car"/"New Car" button, it teleports the new car into a block!
    This is slightly annoying and i want it to work because opening the world editor is a pain.
