Whenever I set a negative value for the "factor" such as -1, the inRate and outRate become the same value. For example if you put "factor" -1 and then you put inRate 0.5 and outRate 3, the hydro will expand and retract with a rate of 0.5 only and it will ignore the 3. A negative value set for "factor" seems to be messing something up in the hydros section.
