poorly running game

my BeamNG game is running extremely slow and won't open many maps, does anyone know of anyway i can make it run better?

 

What're your computer specs?

 

that, but also what version of BeamNG do you have? Might be pirated so it won't open newer maps

 

i have the newest version of beamng i downloaded it from the steam shop and watch out for updates

 

Well, without knowing anything from your computer:
Turn off SSAO and dynamic reflections
Turn off DOF, light rays and anti aliasing
Choose graphics preset LOW
Set resolution to 1280x720
Use only single vehicle at time, use older small cars as those are computer performance friendly.

In game, press ctrl-f and see what is your FPS, also see what is your wait for GPU.
