Poor Frames! Is this what i should be expecting?

My Rig :
GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost SC Edition
AMD FX 4350 Quad-Core Processor
8.00 Gb Ram
Microsoft Windowns 7 Ultimate
1600x900 Monitor

I am getting around 40 to 50 FPS, which isnt bad but is not what I am expecting from the game. I torrented the game when it was released to the public and I got really good FPS (Not sure exactly) but when i bought the game and downloaded it I ended up with less frames then before. I have dealt with it for a while now but I want to get to the bottom of why I get poor FPS. Please lend me any knowledge that you may have so I can fix this!

 

Lower your graphics settings? Try pressing j and see if your framerate increases? That's not a very high end CPU... and it's AMD.

 

Its on the lowest possible setting already.

 

did you turn off postFX? (also, if so, then there's not much you can do other then wait for the pre-race update)

 

40-50 frames? quit complaining, thats great.

 

I'd be perfectly fine with those FPS if I was using an FX series CPU, your GPU and CPU aren't top of the line, and BeamNG is very demanding, so you're lucky to get that.

It might have to do with what car or map you were using.
