Police pursuits

    I have seen several discussions about the "police mode" in freeroam. When driving a police car, sometimes suspect cars try to evade and you have to chase them. It happens randomly, and it appears it is quite rare, as stated in this thread: https://www.beamng.com/threads/police-pursuits-dont-pop-up-and-ai-doesnt-run-from-you.105669/
    I also noticed this, when driving a police car, nothing really happens... unless you set traffic with police. In that case, chasing sometimes occur, and all the police cars, including yourself, run after the suspect. Most often the AI police cars catch it before you...
    I wrote a mod that changes the probability of having a suspect to pursue. By default it is set to 50%, setting it to 90% makes it happen very often, it is better. A good setting might be 70 or 80%. This is nice, but unfortunately it doesn't work much when you set "standard" traffic (without police) and drive as a cop.
    My mod also allows you to trigger a pursuit at any time. It selects a random traffic car to set it as a suspect, that is fun. But again it doesn't work fine if you don't set traffic with police. Maybe I should activate the traffic pooling to make this work better.
