    Hello, I just bought the game Beaming Drive for my son and we can't figure out how to start playing it. When we hit play, it says we don't have Beaming Drive on our platform? Excuse me, but I'm not a techy. We just bought the game, so where is it???

    What type of computer are you using?
    If you are on a Mac, I don't think that BeamNG.Drive currently has Mac support.
    Otherwise, wait for a response from the developers, since the game is currently in beta and does suffer from certain bugs.

    You have to give us some informations.

    PC Specification (OS, Hardware specification).
    Maybe take a screenshot of the error?

    It would be helpful if you also answer our questions..


    Did you buy BeamNG.Drive from Steam?
    If yes, try to Unistall and reinstall.

    If no, did you buy it from Humble Bundle and you are using the zipped (DRM-Free version)?

    It sounds like you may have bought the game on MacOS. Unfortunately, the game is only for Windows. If you have done this, you are able to get a refund from Steam . See http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/

    BeamNG.Drive is Windows only.
    It won't run on anything else apart a PC/Laptop/Tablet* that runs on Windows.

    *Windows Tablets exists, but I dubt they have the necessary hardware to run the game smoothly.

    Now, answer our question:
    On your PC/Laptop, what Operative System are you running?

    A fire HD is an android tablet... BeamNG is not available for android.
