An improved, (hopefully) repo friendly version of my original weapons mod, still partially based on @Agent_Y 's universal machine gun mod. This mod adds FPS like guns to the player, now with much improved aiming. It now shoots directly where you're looking at, with basically pixel perfect accuracy. This mod doesn't overwrite any lua to try to be repo friendly, so you cannot see your gun in first person. Currently, this mod lacks a lot of the functionality of the original mod, but I'll try to add most of them soon. Current features: Camera-based aiming, no more pressing Q and E to aim up and down Less bugs, more organised vehicle config No more physical gun jbeam, meaning less weight and no broken weapons Switching weapons on the fly Probable upcoming features: Custom UI for crosshair and weapons, if I figure out how to do that Better explosions, inspired by this Credits: @Agent_Y - Making the original machine gun mod, lots of help with lua @DaddelZeit and @lucky4luuk - Helping me get camera aim to work Models: Spoiler https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/m134-handheld-minigun-8f008c3e18934707a834cde8c72364f5 "M134 handheld (Minigun)" () by Alexander_Borisevich is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/uzi-fde60adc8aff4c61b6a8bea1f9e0743f "UZI" (https://skfb.ly/6UCt9) by creationwasteland is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/low-poly-ak-47-384565b1779c450b90397232163e4e6d "Low Poly AK-47" () by lokeig is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/tommy-gun-3f3eecc0307f499e8d1fc16d56d74c83 "Tommy Gun" (https://skfb.ly/opVTK) by lokeig is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/sniper-cdefd833b4b5407ba32c53c9e7f50cae "Sniper" (https://skfb.ly/onBJQ) by DJMaesen is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/pistol-5f6ec54257de449cacc8c872660b40d3 "Pistol" (https://skfb.ly/6REZM) by DJMaesen is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/bazooka-14b11a06cb354a18863c6e240352ce27 "Bazooka" (https://skfb.ly/6xW69) by wingcutangel is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Update: Added switching weapons on the fly Note: Currently does not work with multiplayer
Why --- Post updated --- To create that screenshot what I did was use the "Dummy" mod and the "Unicycle Weapons" mod and a bit of the editor
It seems you didn't understand very well. What I'm talking about is that first I moved the arm of the dummy (without the world editor but by pressing Control and moving the polygons or whatever they are called) and then with the world editor I moved the unicycle weapons that carries the gun and put it in my hand ( I had to do it several times) and then take a screenshot from the dummy's perspective. --- Post updated --- The unicycle must have the gun but the unicycle must be invisible (the old version is used)
