Photoshop Nvidia Plugins installation Help

Using photoshop CS6 I decided I wanted to have a crack at retexturing again. I hate this plugin, installation has never been smooth.

So right now I'm installing it and getting the following error:

The following error occured on the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended\Plug-ins\Filters\NormalMapFilter64.8bf'.

The system cannot find the file specified
(0x2)

Which to be fair is weird that its looking for that file, because I would expect that the nVidia plugins would install normal map filters and such without expecting them to be there. I dunno, what on earth is going on? I need help.

 

Not sure if its the same problem I had but using the 32bit version of the plugin is the only way it worked for me.

 

Figures, thanks. I'm using (or attempting to use) the 64 bit version. See if it works.
