A slightly modified version of the Pessima stanced, with chrome wheels from the 200BX Drift and Race models Also Included are a rear wing, labels, and instructions further down in the post. It comes with a V6 and has fast acceleration. I recommend you make the car chrome, but you are given a choice of colors. There are 3 models in the zip folder. Lowrider M1 has only the left mirror, Lowrider M2 has both mirrors, and Lowrider has no mirrors. Instructions: 1. Put Lowrider.zip into a temporary location. 2. Open Lowrider.zip 3. Enter the unzipped file Lowrider 4. Move "Lowrider.pc" "Lowrider M1.pc" and "Lowrider M2.pc" to Documents/BeamNG.Drive/vehicles/midsize 5. Enjoy! For a Pigeon that drifts, go here: http://www.beamng.com/threads/pigeon-drift-missile.17119/ Anyone who knows how to put a picture from my pc into this post please tell me. Thank you.
Press the "Prt Sc" button on your keyboard and then go into paint or whatever you have for computer and then right click and paste it and save it as a png
Click upload a file Find where you saved the picture. for me it F:/Users/Kyle/Pictures. Select it and click open. Click the "Thumbnail" button to add a thumbnail. All done!
HELP!! i cant get it to work i created a midsize folder cause there was not a midsize folder and opened the file and put lowrider.pc into midsize and launched the game there was no vehicle for the low rider then I tried to put the whole thing into vehicles folder when i went into the game it had a low rider vehicle option but when i tried to use it it was invisible and there was no car
Your problem is that you weren't looking for it in the right spot. When installed in Documents/BeamNG.Drive/vehicles/midsize it is going to be found under the mod vehicle tab in the game. When you click the tab with a gear on it, click "save and load" and look for lowrider.pc. The folder should be found there. Sorry it is so difficult to access but it is the only way I know how to implement it into the game. *UPDATE* I have added a version with both mirrors, a version with one mirror, and also leave the model with no mirrors in the post. The three of them are in the zip folder. Hopefully you will enjoy all three variants. Image Gallery-
Any modification to the original game can be considered a mod. Sure, maybe all he did was go in and edit 3 values in a suspension jbeam, but it's still a mod nonetheless. The quality of a mod (to me) is determined by its ease of installation, ease of use (in this case, a model in the selector with the suspension pre-applied), and of course the quality of the modification itself. Based on the screenshots, it looks like OP made a quality modification
He didn't modify anything, though. This isn't a modification, it's a configuration. You can achieve this yourself by opening the vehicle parts editor and selecting the right parts. No jbeam files have been edited or anything. Note that I'm not saying anything about the quality, I'm just saying this isn't a mod, by any stretch of the word.
As above, there isnt a single JBeam tweak here, its just a .pc file, a new vehicle preset. Very very simple. Wrongly packagedd, no thumbnail for the selector, no info file. High quality?
Oh, that I was not aware of. I guess I should actually download the mod before trying to defend the creator
