    Ok. So I am a rigs of rods player. :). But would i be able to convert (for personal use) the LeGran to ROR. This is asking for permission.

    You should be able to, it's the same core dev team. Not sure how well RoR would cope tho

    You've asked this question before on the RoR forum, and you were given an answer, which is no. It doesn't matter if some devs worked on both projects, BeamNG content is copyrighted like any other video game, meaning you're not free to use it. One random forum user telling you to do it doesn't count as BeamNG giving you permission.
