Prius is actually a nice car
It would make more practical sense to have the Prius drivetrain in the cheaper Corolla wagon, but I guess they gotta upsell these buyers who want a bigger 1.5 hybrid than the Yaris.
Its a nice car to spray repellent at.
I like Priuses, but I kinda don't like them though.
Priuses are bland tbf, but their hate isn't exactly deserved.
What I can say is that it hasn't really been the looker, for sure.
lol Micra vs Prius
90s micra best car
Priuses are an electric lawn mower.
That might be insulting to the lawnmower.
How? Priuses are quite decent cars.
A lot of people hate them, so I was joking a bit about it. In all seriousness I do like their interiors but the older ones are IMO ugly. Like, really ugly.
I saw a lawnmower one day with the top handlebar off. Did Toyota make a "lawnmower" Prius?
Look, Priuses are awesome as dailies.
insurance is cheap
easily found for cheap
Will it set your pulse on fire? No. Are they offensive to drive? No. They’re perfect as practical economy cars. The hate they get is completely unwarranted because they’re not intended and/or marketed as enthusiast cars.
So what's this?
1. Have you heard of inflation?
2. The old US MPG system is hillariously optimistic. My car should get 30mpg highway if it was to be trusted, but I get about sixteen. It’s not accurate at all compared to the read world.
Priuses aren’t performance cars or some sort of miracle product, but they’re perfectly good.
The yugo still comes in at half the prius's price
But only gets 38 uk mpg (7.5l/100km)
Can you show me a current Yugo showroom?
I just ran the 1977 price through an inflation calculator
