Not working halogen lights

Hi everybody, after last update in game, halogen lights dont work on bruckell nine or mod cars, its not mod problem, and i tried to put ultra graphics, but it didnt work, normal lights are working and turns on and off, halogen lights just not working, when i press "n", halogens didnt turn on, when i click on trigger in interior, same problem, pls help what to do
