not loading

    the long and the short of it is:
    1. i double click the game.
    2. nothing happens
    3. i check task manager
    4. beamng is a background process doing nothing but use 30% of my CPU
    5. end the task
    6. reinstall for the cycle to repeat
    if anyone knows a fix that would be appreciated
    thanks
