WIP Beta released Norte Street Circuit

This is a street circuit mod for the Italy map, perfect for racing small cars like the Piccolina, Pigeon and Covet. It includes a safety car config for the Bolide and a medical car config for the Stambecco.

DISCLAIMER:
this mod is very much not finished and is missing things like AI support, a pit lane and grid slots. As of right now its just the basic layout of the circuit.
