Nomi window sticker mod.

Quick little question: Does anybody know what mod is it that adds the little nomi sticker on the rear window and some black sticker in the front window? Mod is showcased in the pic here:

The black text in the front is only visible from this side and is not visible on the other side in front of the window. There is a similar black text in the back window saying: freedom and that text is also only visible from ones side.
It seems to add it to every covet config(even official ones).

Yes, I could just go through my mods one by one but I have over 390 of them and I can't look at my recently downloaded mods because I only noticed that this is on every covet after that I have, after i had had this mod for some time.

I guess they are sorta. But this happens on every single covet so it is very annoying.
