no textures on metal roof

    Im trying to finish the construction site on utah to export it to west coast, but the roof i chose has no texture, and in the world editor tutorial on the website shows the material with no texture, but i cant seem to find a fix for it. Any help with making it work would be greatly appreciated

    There are bits on every page, just read through it...

    Open the asset with the missing texture in the material editor. There you can see all the surfaces. Does the material with the corresponding name exist or not? If it does exist, the problem might be the same as in the link above. If it does not exist at all (which sometimes happens), simply create a new material. Name it whatever you like (avoid duplicates), be careful that in the "mapTo" window, put in the exact same name as the material is named in the material editor. This will apply your newly created texture to the existing material of your asset where it is missing. When creating the new material you can select the textures that you like, just copy the correct ones from the original utah folder and that should be it.
