No smooth gauge or turn signal stalk movement on some vehicles

    On any vehicle that has the smooth lighting system, the temperature gauge, fuel gauge and turn signal stalk don't move smoothly anymore and just teleport in place just like they used to in older versions of the game. This was an issue since 0.34.
