No front suspension on the pigeon

When I spawn the piegon I have no front suspension on it and I have dissabled all the mods that would pertain to the pigeon and I still have that problem. Any ideas on how I would go about fixing that problem

Make sure mods are not causing that.
Use SAFE MODE, it the problem doesn't happen, one of your mod is doing that.

Yep it was one of the mods I had gotten a long time ago and forgot to remove
