I was customizing a vanster and removed the frame, then the screen turned black, but not thew customization menu. I put the frame back on and then this happened: View attachment 94859 View attachment 94860 View attachment 94861 the van spawned under the map and started floating to the top, going through all objects, when i pressed R, it respawned back under the map and i didnt change the spawn location. When i pressed F8 i was nowhere near the spawn point where i was customizing the van in the East Coast, USA map.

Congrats. You crashed BeamNG. Removing parts that have quite a lot of essential jbeam info (the frame) can cause strange and unexpected consequences.

Technically, it didn't crash. It just wasn't sure what to do.

If you change a part on a vehicle, it sets the respawn point to where the vehicle currently is.
When you removed the frame, the game wasn't sure what to do because it was missing information it needed and put the car at 0 0 0.
You then added the frame back, causing the game to set the respawn point to the current location (0 0 0).
The van floating upwards is a result of the game trying to get your vehicle back on the surface of the terrain.

offtopic: I remember when the vehicle tried to go to the surface as fast as possible, resulting some interesting things...
