No engine sound when off the throttle, but sound when on?

    At idle i have no engine sound until i give it gas then it cuts out again

    Might want to explain a bit further. Is it on a specific car? All vehicles in game? Modded car? Details help solve problems.

    No engine sound in every car until i get to about 5k rpms then the sound comes on. But if i let off the sound cuts out again.
