No Engine Sound (No Mods Active Either)

I attempt to plug in my Oculus Rift S to my pc and just play with a desktop open in the Oculus (closest you can get to VR Beamng), and I finally get in game and discover there's no audio for a single vanilla car.... I only tried audio for one MODDED car (FR17), and the audio worked for that. I tried several restarts.

Anyone know a solution that doesn't involve me deleting Beam and resetting all of my configs and mods? I've done that four times now due to previous issues, and I'm not loosing all of my crap yet again.

I don't know if this will help but try clearing the cache.
