No Engine feels!!

Hey guys,
how is everybody?
I don't know if any one have faced the problem that I am facing at the moment! my issue is when I download some mods, they spawn just ok, but it feels like there is no engine, and as you see in the picture attached, the RPM is 0, and the car can't is not even starting, it steers though.
I am facing this problem with the v0.10.0.1.
please HELP, ASAP, because it is really upsetting thing.

Why you are using 0.10 still?
Update your game first:
https://wiki.beamng.com/Updating_the_game (choose accordingly from where you purchased the game)
Then check with all mods disabled.
