This is my very first model in Blender, other than a cup I made watching a tutorial.... Constructive Criticism accepted. So far, all I have is a side-skirt...
Constructive criticism? Well, there isn't much to criticise here, haha. Make some more progress and upload a picture of the mesh in edit mode so we can see what's going on. Looks like you haven't set up your blueprints properly. Click the link in my sig and scroll down to section two. In all honesty, I wouldn't create a popular car for a first model; people expect it to be perfect, which puts pressure on you. If you think you're up for it, shoot for the moon.

The bonnet doesn't curve upwards enough. Make sure you're following the blueprints~ Why do you have so many objects (planes)? I can only see three in your workspace.
The hood would not duplicate properly, do you think I should just redo the hood? Change Log : Rear Windshield finished Doors added Working on Trunk/Boot (imported from here)
Yeah! Sorry, I can't help, my only modeling experience is modeling a cup from the video your probably talking about.
Update : I was dead for like... a week... so... I didn't really get anything done.. I might discontinue this project.
Do not stop. Just because you have lost faith doesn't mean you have to stop. Think of when its released and awesome its gonnna be. You cannot accept defeat keep working
Hey, you need help with this project? I could send you my Skyline to work off of because I'm not going to use it. I have mostly the whole shell modeled. It would take a lot of smoothing out but it's better than starting a lot of the parts from scratch! There is still hope
