WIP Beta released NFS Underground 2 remastered

First of all i want to give credit to "Momodka" (his discord: https://discord.gg/kERk9x9DNm), creator of the Assetto Corsa version of this map... I'm not going to lie, it was a big help for me to have a clean version of this map to start working on.







This is not just a porting:
terrain, vegetation, AI paths and a lot of textures have been totally rebuilt in the BeamNG game engine in order to give a fresh look to the map.

A huge work has also be done on street lights to have realistic graphics and good optimization









At the moment we have got the full airport area (runways included), with nearby highways and part of the industrial side of the city. The map is also well optimized during the night, when all the lights turn on... I am getting smooth performance on a nvidia 3050 LAPTOP (4gb vram) in 2k normal settings, so it will run pretty much on anything

Will Lights and AI always be a paid addon or will those be included in the finished release?

 

Honestly I didn't decide yet... the amount of work behind this 2 features it's crazy (in this first release 1500+ lights were placed).
But anyway the base map it's totally free and the plugin it's just 1,40€ and also allow you to access the multiplayer server.

This is actually amazing! Even if its only the airport included, theres still many rooms to improve (maybe a full map port sometime in the future but this is already good).
