New Update: Spawning and Mods don't work

After the new update, spawning and changing between cars doesn't work, it sticks with one.
Also my previous mods I have downloaded from this site do not appear in the 'Mod' menu.
Please help!

Try to clean reinstall your game, it's possible that the update process corrupted your copy.
-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
-Reinstall BeamNG.

Hi, I've just reinstalled it as per your instructions, and installed a mod. Still not in the game!

Do you have 'Advanced Mode' enabled?
(Options > Gameplay).

Please record a video of the issue if the problem persists.
