new file in game folder everetime i lunch the game

Hi, i am fench, sorry for the word,
I wanted to kwow is is normal, when i play the game end close, i check the game files
end i see "beamng file end beamng luncher" in the game folder (in blue)
but create new beamng1 after play beamng2+luncher2 beamng3+luncher3 ... but not everytime, i delete beamng2+luncher2 or 3 but he comme back
Do you know why ? end this normal ?

Yes this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about, 'pas de probleme du tout' !
They are standard log files and the file directory (unknown-files-backup) is to restore lost files after cache clearance, again nothing to worry about.
