If its isnt too much to ask but i was wondering if you fine wonderful team could add neon lights underglow to all the cars for a nightlife appeal vibe and tech music. I think it would add a lot of character to the cars and big rigs and trucks and lowriders. the best cars for it is the 200bx, covet, big rig, bluebuck, burnside, roamer, and citibus and maybe another i havenet thought of... i would try to create a mod myself but i need a lot of references to figure out how to do it... i really enjoy this game and would love to help add things like this to it... but i am limited in my knowledge and understanding but i have the time to learn... For me to help i need guide to making a mod and uploading it to the thingy to start from scratch in making a underglow... mostly ill have to copy another older modders work and looking at how hes done it and fitting it to each car i think show get an underglow light. i need to know how to upload a mod and i need to know how to move the lights to the undercarriages.
