Need some help recovering map

I was making a map and the game crashed while it was saving. And now all of the stuff in the map is gone how could I fix this this is 12 hours plus of ok work gone and I am stuck on a backup from yesterday. I don't know why this happened and how to fix it cause I am kinda panicking. This game makes me so mad when it comes to map-making. and yes there is still stuff in the levels folder which should load the map but it doesn't. I can send a copy for the levels/unpacked folder if needed.

 

Open the log window before you open your map then open it and take a look at the messages.
