need help with gas/brake pedals

So i just started using my logitech momo racing wheel in the game. the steering works flawlessly. I have a problem with the gas and the brakes though. The brake seems to drag a bit even when i am not pressing it same with the throttle. Also as soon as i let all the way or most of the way off the gas without touching my brake pedal my brakes automatically go on and locks up the brakes, making it impossible to drive unless i am full on the gas pedal.
I have no idea how to fix my problems with the gas and brake. any help is appreciated.

If the throttle and brake seem to drag a bit bump up the throttle and brake dead zone a little.
