Hello all! I have absolutely 0% of knowledge in making mods and thought my first mod would be something simple. I've always dreamed of having Jbeamed paddle tyres and I want to make them, but I just don't know how. I've played for 1200 hours now and want to extend the game. Help is appreciated!
