Yeah, i used to play that when i was young as well. It was pretty awesome. Although i used to play it online via my web browser.

Oh for god sake I hacked that game when I got it so I could beat it easily and I made it insanely hard for my brother and his friend Gordon and they beat it after I had breathed on it to make it sadistically hard!

IIRC need for madness 1 was 2006, then need for madness 2 was 2011. Not 100% sure though.

They're still developing and on steam now
