My tires are... White?

Ever since the new 0.23 update was released in BeamNG, I've had this stupid annoying glitch where every single car has white tires. Mod or not, it will have white tires. Please help. Here are some photos of the glitch.

 

Hey there! I was having the same issue when the update initially, but once I deleted the BRZ mod, it seems to have worked itself out (it's outdated, unfortunately). Do that, and tell me how it goes.
