My scene view box is gone

Hi i have no clue where's my scene tree box where's all my objects what's on the map the whole list is gone and if i try to press it back up from up it won't show up anywhere.

Maybe need to reinstall whole game or something, but i thought il ask first if this is some funny quirky things.

 

reinstalled game and no scene tree box anywhere. How to delete the location placement data of those ui boxes or something?

i don't know feels like Ai is bugging too a lot for no reason. They just stop middle of road without reason having tons of cars behind them and this happens on original maps too. I have cleaned all kind of caches and deleted game and reinstalled so i would assume i have clean install?

 

There is a default layout option on view menu. Should bring it all back.
