What exactly does private mean? Did you make them yourself, or you don't feel like sharing the links?

I hate how all/most of these are private This is everything a classics fan could ever ask for, they all look perfect

 

Not to be a jack*ss, but can you please keep your picture perfect mods to yourself if you don't intend to release them. It's depressing knowing we can't have them.

 

There could be various reasons, why these mods are private. Not just, that the creator don´t want to release those.
But the Scania Truck looks to me a bit like a Segra Ultimat meshslap. And the busses could use the Wentward pack as a base. And maybe even the classic cars, like the caddy or the impala are based on e.g. the Gavril Dynamo.

Just speculating here, I don´t have any proof, but maybe, releasing the mods would lead to significant issues with the creators of the mods, the cars are based on.
