Yes, but at that budget you really should get a better cooler. For the same price you could get a Hyper 212 EVO which is much better and quieter.

Might also want to go for X99 - an i7-5820K is about £20 more, board is the same, you get 6 cores and 12 threads instead of 4/8. Even though they're less powerful since clocks are lower, it overclocks really well.

 

212 evo all the way, outdoes anything else at that price point.
