So, I have finally got a gaming PC. (updating sig later) I ordered the parts, and I thought the mb was dead, so I took it to a friend who could test it, and he did not listen to me about only testing the mobo, and not building the ENTIRE rig. :-( I have to work on the cable blob a lot right now, and getting a H212 Evo and another stick of RAM in it right now. Very nice budget build. I spent the same on my system. You have a slightly more powerful cpu and my graphics card is slightly better, but 'tis a good system you got there.
Yeah, It kinda ruins the experience. But at least you can try to fix that cable management. I would also suggest getting that Hyper 212 Evo asap. With my poor air flow I was getting around 90C under medium load with the stock fan. If I tried to put a heavy load onto it the computer would freeze up and crash.
It's too bad that he built the whole thing without my permission, and am getting the cooler soon. At least it runs Beam at 40FPS with everything on. I will fix the cable management, and I found the front fan was wired to Molex because there wasn't another fan header. The CPU hits 50C crashing 2 cars into each other. It's not too bad, but kinda high.
Sorry for the MASSIVE bump, but I finally fixed a few things. I got a Hyper 212 Evo and installed it, the highest temp I got so far is 41C. Also, I got another stick of RAM, and worked on them cable manages. I am happy now.
I meant like pictures of the insides. Smexy cable management, lights, and heatsinks. Post your desk might work.
Went together pretty well. I think the cable manages are better. It is WAY cooler, from 60C (average) to 40C (average). The RAM helps too.
