I keep trying to make an Empire bay map, because face it, that is one of the most realistic of all time. Anyway, needs work, but i like it i guess!

I want to add a power plant, trailer park, bay with port, a motel, more buildings in the city, and possibly some 1-story houses. Also a script that allows you to own a house and lock/unlock the doors.
