My computer security system keeps on turning off by it's self what do i do?

Basically i load my computer up log in my user and an nofilication says window defender turned of click to turn it back on and it is every day to

 

Do you have any other antivirus programs on your computer? If so, that could be the cause.

If not, it may be malware turning it off to avoid detection. In that case, you should do a scan of your system immediately.

 

i had this problem. I have since reinstalled windows after copying important files.

 

figured it out it was just my graphics card whenever i go on gaming mode then gaming booster it happens a minute later
