My Blender bridge shreds my tires

If I export a mesh road as .dae and re-import it into my level it works fine. But when I build a custom bridge in blender (using a simple modified cube mesh with array and curve modifiers) it causes my tires to be torn off during hard braking. What am I doing wrong?

You need to merge all vertices on whatever mesh is being used for collisions. If you used an array modifier then that means each section of road has a split in between. The nodes in BeamNG that handle collisions are infinitely tiny, when you hit the brakes they slide over these splits and fall into them/get stuck and rip the tire apart.

The array modifier has an option to automatically merge verts within a range, i suggest you use that.

Thanks for the idea. I tried what you suggested but no luck, but using the same logic I deleted my end planes (effectively making a tube) and it worked perfect. There may be another way, but for now this is working.
