Must restart window for settings broken

    I made my settings higher for my computer, and after I did that I got a message saying must re start to apply changes I try to close this window and it wont close. So I rejoin and I get the same message and still cant close it. I cant hit the play button due to this message blocking my mouse. Please fix or give me a way to close this message.
