Moving mods from one computer to another

I'm new here and have tried searching, but no luck. I've got 118 mods (mixture of downloaded and repository). I'm going to be getting a better computer in the next couple of months. I bought BeamNG Drive on Steam. It's my understanding that mods gotten from the repository are remembered by the game. What about the downloaded mods? Should I just make a list of mods so I can find them again after I switch computers?
