Hi, same person from the other 1650 FPS thread, but I thought it would be better to help you here.

First thing I would look at is your CPU and GPU temperatures. A common cause of low FPS is caused by thermal throttling. This is where The CPU (and sometimes GPU) start to provide less and less power, in an attempt to keep themselves from overheating and getting damaged. If your temps are quite high, this could be the cause. Try checking the "Resource Monitor" while the game is running. This can be opened by searching its name into the start menu. In Resource Monitor, look at the "Maximum Frequency" value. If it is under 100%, there's a problem, and your CPU is thermal throttling. If it's above 100%, then follow this next step below.

Next I'd suggest taking a screenshot of the performance graph in-game, and posting here. That way we can see if anything is at 100% usage. Look for any white or red text near the top of the performance graph (the text that might flash white or red say things like CPU, GPU, GameEngine, etc). If anything is blinking white or red, that means that component is possibly bottlenecking your performance.

    Hope this helps! :)

Have you checked your in-game limiter?

What about the limiter in Nvidia Control Panel? Make sure that the BeamNG executable is the program selected when you check.

even low latency to ultra, vsync off, and the 1650 set as the default gpu for opengl, Nothing.

How does my igpu do better at this game in 640 by 810 (i think) than my gtx 1650 at 4k

Do you have the high performance plan selected? And is your GPU and CPU in a high performance mode? (Like do the fans speed up when playing the game?)

Hmm, that might be your issue then... the fans don't speed up, but the temperature stays in a okay range, but it results in a lower maximum performance from your GPU... I'm not sure how to fix this however, as I'm not familiar with desktop PCs and their components...

Do the GPU fans speed up when playing other games?

One last thing you can try:
Go into Nvidia Control Panel, and make sure that the BeamNG executable has been added (do this by going to program settings and adding the BeamNG executable from the steamapps folder to Nvidia Control Panel, although I think you already did this)
Then, change the performance/power mode in the options list to "Prefer maximum performance"

Also, in the Windows Start Menu, search for graphics settings, and add the beamng executable to the list and changing the option for it to high performance

It was already set, it's okay ill see what I can do ony my end, but its not really an issue since I am experienced with low fps game for some time now (before the purchase of the gtx 1650)

Yeah, I should have stated that before haha... my name isn't representative of how good I am with technology lol... just a word I thought was cool...
I hope you can figure out this issue and get to use your hardware to its full potential! :)
