Mods folder changes broke the game

So I deleted a few random Modland mods I had in my mods folder while the game was in the title screen, and when I try to load up a map the camera gets stuck in a fixed position. Had a look in the mods manager and apparently it thinks that a few of my mods in the unpacked folders are uninstalled, but when I look in their individual mod page it says unpacked mod, and there are no buttons for packing the mod. This happened before when I compressed the mod via the files instead of the game. I think the BeamNG lacks some sort of method for detecting the active state and history of the position of a mod, this could be investigated upon.
