Modding questions

I have several questions about modding.
1. How do I get the Belaz 75710 to spawn with its tires on top of the ground instead of below and having to wiggle them out of the ground if they don't pop?
2. How do I strengthen the driveshaft on vehicles and is there a shared driveshaft file that I can modify to make it indestructible?
3. How do I have vehicles use tires from other ones?
