yea. so are all my mods. vehicles go in the vehicles folder with the same file structure: B-25Mitchell_v3.zip > vehicles > B25Mitchell > [mods' files]. same with levels.
wait what? Don't mess around with putting them in the install directory, you just put the zip in the mods folder in Documents\BeamNG.drive If you still can't get it to work, take a look at the official guidelines: http://www.beamng.com/threads/guide-to-mod-installation.12872/
thats exactly what i did. documents > Beam.Ng Drive > mods > Vehicles > (modname.zip) > vehicles > (modname) > (mod files)
maybe if you bothered to read correctly you'd understand. again ill iterate my comment. improving the game is fine but when they change something like that that is an important aspect to the game and it doesnt work the right way they need to change it back to what it was. Try reading again before posting and do not post here if you do not support this idea as the original post clearly states.
no no no no no that's not what I said just put the zip in mod folder, no vehicles or terrains folder get rid of the folder in bold, that's why it's not working.
You clearly do not understand even the tiniest bit of how the new system works, and yet you complain. Everybody considers it an improvement, except you, because it broke some of your precious little outdated mods and can't be arsed to learn about the new system. And no, we're not going to stop explaining to you why your opinion is unfounded and born from ignorance. Welcome to the real world.
We had to change how 'unzipped' mods works due design reasons (The current solution is temporany, won't be kept like that for long) Anyway, UNZIPPING MODS IS NOT REQUIRED! (and if a mod simply doesn't work, then it's outdated) Just drop your ZIP in Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods to use them.
