Missing textures on vivace since 0.26

Ive noticed playing with traffic every vivace that spawns has no textures. Most likely for me its a mod compatibility (I have 295 at the moment). Im more asking if anyone else have had this issue and know what mods causing it

 

I'm not sure, but after I turned off the brake glow mod everything worked, but when I turned on this mod again, the error was gone. I'm not sure since I disabled a few more mods trying to figure out the broken one.
UPD: it's cjd specials mod, I was wrong.

 

this is the mod I didn't want to be the problem. it has some great tuning options ( to much that u can easly blow your tires away ).... i will see if it fixes that for me. but I will be disapointed aboud the cjd specials mod.
