Missing textures after latest update

Ever since the latest update, I have missing textures on several vehicles. I've tried clearing the cache but, it's not helping. On the T-series trailers, the mud flaps have no texture. On the B-series trucks, no window or interior texture. Also, the fuel tanks show no texture on the back even though the rest of the tank looks normal.

Another issue I've found: I don't know if it's an error or just a dev slacking off but none of the snorkel style intakes that are above the cab on the T-series trucks don't work as they should. The engine still floods if water gets above the fenders.

 

Do you have any mods installed? Have you tried in safe mode?
